Continuous urban development has led to a significant decrease in drainage areas in recent years.
To help solve this problem, RECORD has designed and produced a series of drainage pavements, accompanied by 100% permeability declaration, which bring some important advantages such as:
Draining floors
Discover RECORD’s draining floors
Just like natural lawn surfaces, RECORD drainage pavements allow rainwater to be absorbed into the ground.
Each product has been developed with the goal of providing solutions that meet different needs in different ways, whether they relate to load bearing capacity, percentage of greenery, orsurface uniformity required for pedestrian and bicycle paths.
Find out which screed is ideal for making your next 100% permeable pavement.
DRENOPAV Pavers
The Drenopav line of filtering screeds feature a porous, permeable mixture and continuous, uniform surfaces.
They are particularly suitable for commercial spaces, pedestrian or bicycle areas and are also available for use on driveways.
Pavers with increased spacers
In products with increased spacers, the permeability of the flooring derives from the large joint between the elements, which must be sealed with grit. Furthermore, the joint between the pavers is designed to guarantee excellent stability.
They are suitable for heavy vehicular traffic areas: logistics, industrial areas and urban roads.
Grid pavers
The drainage capacity of a grid paver depends on the empty/full ratio. They contribute to the increase of green surfaces as the voids can be filled with topsoil to create a lawn or with gravel.
They are particularly suitable for the transit of medium-light vehicles or for parking areas (even in the case of heavy loads).
Permeability tests
RECORD performed laboratory permeability tests for each product in the drainage line.
The results of these tests showed that for all RECORD drainage products all simulated rain was drained: therefore, they can be considered 100% permeable.
