BAGALEED
It is pavement that possesses reflectance characteristics (SRI = Solar Refractive Index) such that it reduces the heat island effect (difference in thermal gradient between urbanized and green areas) and minimizes the impact on microclimate and human and animal habitat. SRI ≥ 86 (LEED® SS Credit 7.2). BAGALEED FINISH makes it possible to decrease the heating of paved surfaces on the ground, on terraces, and on roofs, mitigating the effect on the environment of covered surfaces.
