&#8220;WHISTLEBLOWING&#8221;<\/h1>\n                       \n        <\/div>\n                  <div class=\"text\"><p><strong>FOREWORD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With this Code of Ethics, Bagattini gives evidence of its ethical and legal responsibility with principles and values assumed by the Company&#8217;s collaborators in the conduct of business and corporate activities.<br \/>\nThe Code represents, also, the set of rights, duties and responsibility that the Company intends to adopt from an ethical &#8211; behavioral point of view, in order to adapt its structure to the requirements of d.lgs. 231\/2001 (hereinafter, for brevity, &#8220;decree&#8221;), and to prepare the lines of conduct internal and external to the Company to be followed in the realization of corporate objectives: it is therefore a directive whose rules of conduct must be kept in mind in the daily work by everyone and which presupposes, first and foremost, compliance with the laws and regulations in force, including internal to the Company.<br \/>\nIt aims to recommend, promote and set benchmark ethical &#8220;standards&#8221; while prohibiting certain behaviors beyond and regardless of what is provided at the regulatory level.<br \/>\nThe Company conducts its business in compliance with EU and national regulations, rejecting corruption and all illegal practices.<br \/>\nNo conduct contrary to current legislation, this Code of Ethics or internal regulations, put in place by the Board of Directors and shareholders and, in general, by all employees and collaborators in the performance of the tasks and assignments entrusted to them, even if motivated by the pursuit of an interest of the Company, may be considered justified.<br \/>\nIts occurrence results in sanctions being taken against those responsible.<br \/>\nThis Code is desired and approved by the top management of the Company; therefore, Bagattini hopes for the spontaneous sharing, adherence and dissemination of the Code and prescribes its observance and application by every person operating on behalf of the Company or coming into contact with it, constituting the inspiring principle and the foundation of all that is provided for in the Model adopted pursuant to art. 6 of Legislative Decree 231\/2001, which Bagattini undertakes to apply, strengthen and continuously develop. <\/p>\n<p>Bagattini also, in compliance with the provisions of the law and with a view to ensuring fairness and transparency in the conduct of its business, has set up a computer system of &#8220;Whistleblowing,&#8221;
